Seller Registration Guide

Step 1: Credential

The seller is required to provide their login credentials and verify their email address. Follow the instructions below:

  • Enter Email Address:

    Input a valid email address in the provided field.

  • Create Password:

    Choose a secure password that meets the platform's requirements (e.g., minimum characters, inclusion of special characters, etc.).

  • Confirm Password:

    Re-enter the same password to confirm it matches the one entered previously.

  • Email Verification via OTP:

    An OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to the provided email address.

    Enter the OTP in the designated field to verify the email address.

Step 2: Details

The seller provides their personal details. Follow the instructions below:

  • Full Name:

    Enter your full name as it appears on official documents.

  • Gender:

    Select your gender from the provided options.

  • UAE Phone Number:

    Enter a valid phone number registered in the United Arab Emirates.

Step 3: Address

The seller provides their address details. Follow the instructions below:

  • Country Name:

    Select "United Arab Emirates" as the country. No other country options are available.

  • State Name:

    Enter the name of the state within the UAE.

  • Address Name:

    Provide a name for the address (e.g., "Home" or "Office").

  • Address Line:

    Enter the complete address details, including building name, street name, and any other relevant information.

Step 4: Identity

The seller provides their identity information. Follow the instructions below:

  • Identity Documents:

    Upload clear images of the front and back sides of any one of the following documents: a government-issued ID, passport, or driving licence.

  • Identity Number:

    Enter the identity number as shown on the identity card.

Step 5: Payment

The seller provides their payment details. Follow the instructions below:

  • Bank Name:

    Enter the name of your bank.

  • Bank Account Holder Name:

    Provide the name of the account holder as registered with the bank.

  • Bank Account Number:

    Enter your bank account number accurately.

Completion

Once all the steps are completed successfully, the seller registration process is finalized. Sellers will receive a confirmation email indicating their successful registration on the platform.
